To make a booking request please click here and fill in the form. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
Minimum stay 2 nights in high season (and all year in our premium room, the “Loire”). We make an exception for those arriving by cycle or on foot, for whom we try to offer single night stays all year.
10% discount on room rate for stays of four nights or longer
We may ask for a deposit in advance, but for security reasons we never ask for or provide banking details.
Our cancellation policy is 1 weeks notice.
We are a no smoking establishment
At the disposal of our guests:
- The beautiful 12m pool, set behind the house in the garden with sunny and shaded terrace and loungers, adjacent pool house with BBQ, kitchenette and games.
- The terrace; a perfect place to survey the Loire be it at breakfast time, with a glass of wine in the evening or star-gazing at night.
- The comfortable salon with its commanding river view, sofas, music, books and grand fireplace with woodstove for cooler evenings.
- Our lovely terraced gardens and woodland; plenty of places to explore and relax; and for children to play.

Check-in is 17:00-21:00, Check-out 08:00-10:30
Rooms
All our rooms enjoy historic features, marble fireplaces and traditional furnishings.
Our beds have crisp white linen and comfortable new pocket sprung mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep.
Fluffy white towels and hairdryers provided.
Families
A cot or an additional bed for children can be provided.

Breakfast
Fresh local bread and croissants, home made jams and yoghurt, local fruit juices, teas and coffee are served on the terrace in the sunshine or in our XVIIth century dining room with a welcoming woodstove in cooler weather.
Restaurants
There is an excellent selection of good restaurants within a very short distance including our local favourites “Le Carahutta” just a 3km drive from us in Chênehutte, “Les Cocottes” 4km in Les Rosiers, “Les Dames Barrau” and Chez Lionel 3km in Gennes, “La Route Du Sel” 7km in Le Thoreil, and during summer months “À Contre-Courant” just a short stroll away in Cunault.
We can make advance reservations for you on request.
We accept pets by prior reservation in the Terrace Suite only.
